Laux Hair is proud to ship across Canada and the US. Local pickup is available in Regina at Blond Studio - 2352 Smith St. during regular business hours after you receive a pick-up email confirmation.
We cannot guarantee any shipping time frames. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes for orders shipped outside of Canada. Laux Hair is not responsible for any additional charges. Business days do not include Saturday/Sunday or Canadian Statutory Holidays.
PLEASE NOTE: these shipping timelines are for once we receive your order from our factory. All orders are custom-ordered to exactly what you've purchased and are created once you place your order. Because of the custom nature of each order, no refunds will be issued for failure to understand our shipping policy. If you have any questions or need your order by a certain date, please contact us before placing your order. We will do everything possible to have your order arrive as early as possible, but delays are outside our control.
Factory timeframe for production and delivery to Canada is 6-8 weeks. After Laux Hair receives your order in Canada, the shipping guide below applies to your order arriving at your address.

We understand choosing the perfect shade of hair extensions through a computer screen can be difficult. We always offer virtual consults to help you choose the best shade, and our certified stylists offer free consults to match our Laux Hair color ring to your hair shade.
Due to the custom nature of orders and the level of hygiene we maintain, ALL orders are final sale. Your Laux Hair extensions are ordered specifically for you - your desired length, shade, blend, and weight.
We understand there may be situations that arise where you may need to return your Laux Hair. For NON-custom orders that are unopened, unworn, and in original packaging, please contact us for individual assessment.
Refunds for failure to understand shipping policy and order timeframe will not be issued. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us prior to placing your order. By placing your order you acknowledge your order will take 6-8 weeks in production, PLUS shipping to you.
